I have seen this too many times and its painful every time.

We have a buyer who has been pre-approved and maybe it takes them some time to find the perfect house, and then when we go to update their application, we see that they have missed a payment or two.

When you are in the loan process, wether it is for a purchase or a refinance it is SO important to continue to pay all your monthly bills on time and don’t miss any payments.

Even one late can have a brutal hit on your credit.
