In many ClinChecks, you will see an upper posterior tooth intrude and the opposing tooth on the lower arch extrude by the same amount.
Two opposite movements.
Zero change in the vertical relationship.
And a big drop in predictability.

Posterior intrusions and extrusions are some of the hardest movements for aligners to express.
If they bring no benefit, remove them.
Your case becomes cleaner and much more predictable.
