I've applied for 26 credit cards at 26 years old, earned millions of credit card points, and saved tens of thousands of dollars on travel along the way, but only three credit cards actually make my regular rotation.

My foundation is the Bilt Palladium. Between the flat 2x back and the 4% Bilt cash, I'm technically earning 3.33x to 4.33x on every purchase, which makes almost all of the other credit cards in my setup irrelevant.

The only cards that consistently beat it are card 2, the Chase Sapphire Reserve for 4x on hotels and airlines booked directly, 5x on Lyft, and 8x when I book through the portal.

Then the third card slot rotates between the Citi Custom Cash (5x on one category: gas) and the OG Chase Freedom, which covers whatever rotating category hits that quarter, like dining, gas, or groceries.

Those are the only 3 credit cards in my wallet. What's in yours?
