I know getting a 3% interest rate sounds amazing (and it is)!!

However.. what is not so amazing is having to fight 20 other people for the same house and give up your first born just to win the offer. And not to mention - good luck getting the seller to give you any money toward closing costs or any other concessions…

So in this market where so many people are saying “I’ll just wait until interest rates drop, to buy” I am strongly encouraging my buyers to BUY NOW! You are much more likely to get better terms that actually work in YOUR favor.

I am a huge fan of trying to get my buyers some closing costs covered and saving their cash for renovations in the house
