Don't say I did not warn you. That flashly low rate? Page 2 of the Loan Estimate tells the truth.

The lowest rate is not always the best rate. Don't just ask what my rate is, also ask what this rate is costing me?

Many times the absolute lowest rate is not the smartest bang for the buck.
